payment processor

Hi
in my country , we process payment by redirecting the client to the site of the payment processor , there is no web services nor SDK to make payment from a merchant site or a billing solution ,
my question is ; can i adapt jbilling payment interfaces for my need ?
i dont need credit card nor cheque fields ,
