Hi,
It is possible to integrate jBilling with Openstack ?

   It depends on how you want to use it. In my case i just appended
     compile ('org.javaswift:joss:0.9.8') {
               excludes 'slf4j-api', 'slf4j-log4j12', 'jcl-over-slf4j'
           }
   to the BuildConfig.groovy file and
       <bean id="openSwiftAccountConfig" class="org.javaswift.joss.client.factory.AccountConfig">
           <property name="authUrl" value="your_url"/>
           <property name="password" value="your password"/>
           <property name="username" value="your_username"/>
           <property name="authenticationMethod" value="BASIC"/>
       </bean>
   in resource.xml (spring context configuration).

   Then you can easily use this bean in java/groovy sources as you want
