Do you mean that you want to change the jbilling application name
so it appears as: localhost:8080/{your application Name}<br>
or you want to change the default jBIlling resource directory
(JBILLING_HOME).</p>
<p>For the first option you have to rename the application in the
/webapps directory.<br>
For the second option, you have to set a JBILLING HOME environment
variable to point to your desidred directory.</p>
<p>Also, if you want to change the port that Tomcat uses, refer to
the conf/server.xml file. This is tomcat server configuration file,
where you can specify the port on which the server is running.</p>
