Grails version for Jbilling-3.3.1

i Installed the grails version 2.4.3 i am getting the issue when i give a command grails clean 'findstr' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.

For grails 3 versions getting the error as Error occurred running Grails CLI: null”.

Please suggest me correct grails version for Jbilling-3.3.1
