I have tried installing jBilling on Ubunti 16.04, Centos 7.3 and windows 10. None of them WORK! It's crazy. Why can't this installation be more straight forward and just work? Nothing is loading after I do all the steps in order and get the correct message that Tomcat started.

These are the steps I am doing to install in on Ubuntu 16.04

# wget
# apt-get install openjdk-8-jre-headless
# export JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/openjdk-8-jre
# export JRE_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/openjdk-8-jre
# apt-get install unzip
# unzip
# cd jbilling-community-4.1.1/bin/
# chmod +x *.sh
# ./

and I get this output
Using CATALINA_BASE: /root/jbilling-community-4.1.1
Using CATALINA_HOME: /root/jbilling-community-4.1.1
Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: /root/jbilling-community-4.1.1/temp
Using JRE_HOME: /usr/lib/jvm/openjdk-8-jre
Using CLASSPATH: /root/jbilling-community-4.1.1/bin/bootstrap.jar:/root/jbilling-community-4.1.1/bin/tomcat-juli.jar
Tomcat started.

Why would it still not work??
