error while trying to compile the source code

Greetings Sir/Madam,
I have this error "Invocation of com.sun.tools.ws.wscompile.WsimportTool failed - check output "
while trying to install the pom.xml file of the JBilling
i tried many solutions but unfortunately none of them worked with me , i hope if any one can help me please

    Hello Ahmed,

    This pom.xml is not the jBilling java project but a pom.xml to
    autogenerate api integration files in java from the pom.xml. Just read
    the project name and description in pom.xml it talks about ReST API.
