Variable monthly subscription amount for each account

I've been looking for a solution that can help us address our billing needs. I'll truly appreciate your help answering my question.
I charge some of my clients on a monthly basis. Each customer pays a different amount based on the agreement with them. Furthermore, there there are two amounts - one for Jan through April and the other for May through December.

In other words, let's say account A pays $20/month from Jan-Apr and $5/month from May-Dec. Account B pays $25/moth from Jan-Apr and $7/month form May-Dec.

Can the above scenario be supported by jBilling Community Edition? Thanks so much for your help.
