We are running the latest community version and has been running for over 2 years. Today during our normal month end billing run, we got the message "Billing Process is currently running" but nothing is running, meaning no invoice is generated.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please tail -50 log when you click on "Run". This will help to debug.
