<p>We have tried it locally and reset password is working fine.<br>
can you send us jbilling.log file present under bin/logs/
folder.<br>
In mean while could you please try again to reset the password
something like Admin123@<br>
. The reset password link is sent via file emails_sent.txt file it
is present under resources folder the same way you did earlier and
replace the "<a href="http://www.yourcompany.com">www.yourcompany.com</a>" to
localhost:8080 from the reset password link and let us know if you
face the same issue again.</p>
