<p>can you try to run it with root privileges , don't forget to set
the environment var "JBILLING_HOME" for the root session<br>
may be the user that u are currently testing with have not the
permission to access the data base file , why not you install a
database engine and you try to generate jbilling database , i

could delete the data directory for activemq, this issue could be
resolved IMHO.</p>
